RETURN POLICY

We believe our products and service must live up to your highest expectations. If for any reason you need to return your order, simply follow the instructions listed on the back of the packing slip you received with your order. We offer a 30-Day Back Guarantee on our products.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please email customerservice@thedotzcompany.com between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Returns of orders that do not include a Return Authorization Number may be subject to additional processing time and delay in crediting your account. Return address information can be found on the reverse side of your packing slip or on a separate sheet included in your order. All refunds are made in the original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Unopened Package: Simply return your unopened Dotz package with your original packing slip or receipt, and we'll give you a full refund in your original payment method – no questions asked!

Opened Products: Returns of opened packaging must include the original packing slip or receipt and can be returned for exchange or merchandise credit only.

Customized Orders: Customized Dotz Design orders cannot be modified, returned or exchanged.

Your order can be shipped direct to you or a friend/relative in North America.

About Your Shipment
Items in stock ship the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
Regardless of the shipment method, you will receive an order confirmation email that will advise you of the estimated shipment date on your order and of any backordered item.

Standard Shipping | Flat Rate
Once you have placed your order, we will ship the order upon processing your order (24-48 Hours). Orders arrive within 3-8 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
Rural areas may be subject to an additional 3 business days, 11 business days total (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia and the US Virgin Islands including foreign countries.
Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses .

2-Day Shipping
$20.00 for up to 1 lb. (by weight) and then $10.00 increment for each additional pound.
Your order will be shipped next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Orders will arrive within 3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
Orders will ship via FedEx or UPS.
Saturday delivery is not available.

Overnight Shipping
$30.00 for up to 1 lb. (by weight) and then $10.00 increment for each additional pound.
Your order will be shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Orders arrive within 2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
Orders will ship via FedEx or UPS.
Saturday delivery is not available.

Shipping Restrictions
International shipping is not available at the moment. Please check back with us.
In order to protect our consumers and maintain our commitment to service excellence, we do not ship to Freight Forwarding Services.

Delivery & Service Delays
Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

Ordering a Gift You Want to Keep Secret?
You can order a gift for a friend or relative and be sure your secret is safe! Every order is shipped in a plain box and you can specify a “Ship To” address. Have your order sent to a friend or relative’s house or to your place of employment so you can plan a special surprise!

Tracking Your Package
If you have provided your email address we will send you a ship confirmation email when your order ships. For all orders this email will include a tracking number which you can use to track your package on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.
